    Salicylic peel

Salicylic acid peeling is a chemical skin resurfacing treatment in which salicylic acid dissolves dead skin cells and helps cleanse the skin. This method is widely used for oily and problem skin, helping to reduce inflammation and regulate sebum production.

    • Post-acne scars
    • Seborrhea
    • Age-related skin changes and signs of natural hormonal and photoaging
    • Skin micro-relief irregularities

    • Actinic hyperkeratosis
    Results

    • Thanks to its high lipophilicity, it penetrates hair follicles and pores without affecting the deeper layers of the skin
    • It has minimal irritating properties, which reduces the likelihood of post-peel side effects
What is a salicylic acid peel?

Salicylic acid peels fall into the category of chemical peels, which dissolve dead skin cells rather than physically removing them. They are based on salicylic acid. Salicylic acid (2-hydroxybenzoic acid) has powerful antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties.

At the same time, it does not irritate the skin layers, prevents the formation of comedones, and does not penetrate deeply into the skin, which significantly reduces the likelihood of post-peel side effects. Like other beta-hydroxy acids, salicylic acid is one of the key active ingredients in the treatment of acne, psoriasis, oily skin, clogged pores, and hyperkeratosis. Salicylic acid acts as a keratolytic, increasing exfoliation, cleansing pores, and neutralizing bacteria, thereby reducing the appearance of acne.

Salicylic acid peels normalize sebaceous gland function, renew the skin, and even out skin tone.

It is classified as a superficial peel. Salicylic acid is ideal for treating deep comedones (whiteheads), helping to thin the skin’s surface, which dries out the comedone and makes it easy to remove. The peel is used to treat scars, hyperkeratosis, pigmentation spots, photoaging, and wrinkles.

Recommended for oily, porous, and acne-prone skin. It has powerful antibacterial and sebum-regulating effects, exfoliates the skin, and enhances the effectiveness of mesotherapy procedures.
